Courses & Aid Stations

Half Marathon

Looking for a spring-time challenge? Take on the grit-testing Half Marathon!  There's a little bit of everything on this course: creek crossings, mud, roots, rocks, grinding climbs, great views, grassy rolling double-track, and swift, windy single-track.  The course is extremely well-marked with a generous 4 hour time limit, but the course record is HOT and hard to beat! Come have a crack at it!  

5K-ish Race & Fun Run

In the mood for a quick trail fix or trying out the trail scene for the first time? The 5K course will leave you feeling satisfied with its winding, rolling single track and refreshing April creek crossings.....

We can boast one of the best marked courses in Southern PA. 


The courses are marked almost entirely with yellow (5K) and pink (half marathon) survey flags.

Aid Stations and Cutoffs

Below you will find a list describing what will be available to you at aid stations. There may be slight variations from year to year, but you can count on these basics. Below, you will also find aid station mileages and cutoffs.


Please note cutoff times! 

   Half Marathoners MUST reach aid station 2, 3, and 4 by the cutoff times listed below in order to continue. (There is no HARD cutoff at Aid Station 1, but if you want to be on track to finish in the 4 hour time limit, set your sights on that soft cutoff.)
